Using Hypnosis to Reduce Anxiety Naturally

Do you ever feel that your thoughts and emotions control you, rather than you controlling them?

For some people it is a daily pattern to have general feelings of anxiousness or nervousness, with no visible reason. Others experience anxiousness in certain situations, such as public speaking, dating, or test taking.

Whichever the situation, feelings of anxiety always have one thing in common: They are fears of something happening in the future. Some of these anxieties/fears may be completely unconscious, and they “run” so fast in your mind that you aren’t even aware of them.

Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worry. These disorders affect how we feel and behave, and they can manifest real physical symptoms.

Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling and it is normal when we experience a general state of concern or fear before confronting something challenging for us such as a test, examination, recital, or interview.

Severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating and is considered a problem when symptoms interfere with our ability to sleep or otherwise function and has a serious impact on our daily life. Generally speaking, anxiety occurs when a reaction is out of proportion with what might be normally expected in a situation.

People with anxiety disorders can have a variety of physical symptoms in addition to common non-physical symptoms such as excessive, unrealistic worrying. Many of these symptoms are similar to those exhibited by a person suffering general illness, heart attack, or stroke, and this tends to further increase anxiety.

You may have tried ignoring the anxiety, or pushing through it. You may take medications, but nothing seems to work. That is because the root of your anxiety is in your subconscious mind, and in the subconscious mind is where you will find the solution.

The great news is that a person who has anxiety also must have a great imagination! In order to have that nervousness about something that may or may not happen in the future, you have to imagine it. Because your imagination is activated, this makes you a perfect candidate for hypnosis.

With hypnosis, we will now begin to show you how to use your imagination in constructive and positive ways, not the negative ways of the past. You will learn how to trust the process and to just let go.

Hypnosis  for Overcoming Fear

With Hypnosis, you create a new, healthy response to the old situations that trigger anxious thoughts or feelings, you can prevent the physical manifestations of anxiety or fear, like: hot flashes, cold and sweaty hands or feet, jittery arms, upset stomach, tight muscles, shallow or rapid breathing, chest pains and heart palpitations.

Once your old reaction to distressing situations has been replaced with empowering thoughts, a positive attitude and the feeling of being in control, you are able to enjoy life the way you’re meant to.
