Mind Power to Success for Breaking Habits

Stop Nail Biting With Hypnosis
Stop Hair Pulling With Hypnosis

We may struggle to overcome unwanted habits and our conscious mind will tell us that we should stop but somehow we continue with that old habit.

Hypnosis works for a full range of unwanted habits and behaviors which are carried out unconsciously, usually in search of comfort and often as a result of perceived stressful situations.

They are often irrational and can cause a great deal of distress, such as trichotillomania (hair pulling) and bruxism (grinding teeth).

Maybe you suffer with blushing unnecessarily or biting of nails which can be a

learned behavior (often from a parent or sibling)

If you want to get rid of bad habits, and replace them with good ones, hypnosis is the most effective way to do it – and do it for good. People are often surprised how difficult it is to get rid of an unwanted compulsive behavior. They tell themselves that it’s all a matter of willpower, and that once they have decided not to do that any more, that will be that. So it’s a shock when they find that the old habits have crept up on them from behind, and sneaked right back in there. Many give up at that point.

But irritating habits really can be changed when you understand that you need to deal with them at the unconscious level, where they formed in response to unconsciously perceived needs. Using hypnosis, you can access those unconscious levels where automatic behavior patterns are set up – all those things you do without even noticing you’re doing them till you’ve done them. And then you can easily and comfortably establish a new set of behaviors that will meet those needs more appropriately – and even more effectively – and put paid to the bad habits for ever.

At New Beginnings Hypnotherapy, we know that a CHANGED MIND is a CHANGED LIFE. With our habit control session, you will reprogram your subconscious mind to let go of the old habits and even accept new positives ones.

Are your old habits of yesterday, interfering with your everyday life of today?

How many times have you tried to stop biting your nails, only to find an hour later, you are nibbling away?

Do you habitually pull at your hair until you have an embarrassing bald spot?

It has been said that human beings are ‘creatures of habit’. Habits are routines of behaviors that occur outside of conscious awareness, many are helpful, in that they help us to manage our time, and complete important and routine, everyday tasks.

However, most people admit to being troubled by unwanted habits at some time in their life, and attempt to eliminate them. How many of your friends start the New Year full of good intentions to kick an unwanted habit, and give up by the end of January? Maybe this has happened to you too!

No More Eye Lash Pulling!

"Working with Stacy, has been so comfortable. I never felt judged and her open, friendly manner put me at ease right away. I never thought I could break the habit of pulling my eyelashes out, but after 4 sessions, I no longer even raise my hands to my eyes, let alone pull my lashes.  I am looking forward to wearing eye makeup again".

Excessive Hand Washing/OCD

"Stacy is extremely committed to her work. It is obvious from the start that her clients achieving their objectives is of the utmost importance to her. The sessions I have had with Stacy, have far exceeded my expectations. She truly goes above and beyond to make certain her clients are not merely satisfied but happy with their results. It is unlikely you could find someone that would be more committed to her clients’ well being.
