Consultations

Discovery Consultation - There is a Required In-Office Discovery Consultation. This appointment is approximately 2-3 hrs. This consultation help you to make an educated decision as to whether or not hypnosis is for you and to begin your Transformational Journey. 

At your Discovery Consultation Appointment, we will:

  * review the Assessments/Paperwork and discuss your presenting issues/needs

  * discuss the process of hypnosis breaking the myths and answer your questions

  * do the initial "Mind Power to Success" hypnosis session

  * discuss a plan that will get you the results you are looking for

As a result of having a Discovery Consultation, you will leave with clear insight into the potential benefits of hypnosis and how you feel about working together. You will have all of your questions answered and be empowered to make an informed decision about your future.

*SPECIAL NOTE - There are some circumstances that may allow you to have your Discovery Consultation and Issue Specific Hypnosis Session all in the same day. But be aware, that the time of your appointment may be extended to approximately 3.5 hrs and will be billed at the price of a Discovery Consultation plus Session FEE...

** If you wish to have a SINGLE SESSION for Weight Loss or Smoking Cessation session, these are considered "Workshops" and are a different fee. They can be done as a One on One Private Workshop - Friends and Family Workshop or An Open Group Workshop. Please contact us for scheduling and pricing. 

Hypnosis Sessions

Depending on the presenting needs/issue of the client, the initial session can be between 2.5 to 3 hours long. Subsequent sessions are typically 75 minutes, up to 2 hours. All prices are per session, not per hour. 

At your first appointment, we will review the assessments, have an in-depth discussion about your answers and presenting issues, then we will introduce you to hypnosis, and agree to a plan that will get you the results you are looking for. Although each person is unique, on average, it takes about 4 to 6 sessions for a permanent change to take place.  For More Information on how many sessions you may need please visit.... Weight Loss and Smoking programs/packages have different Fees.  Please contact us for more information.​

Single Session 

Single appointments are suitable for someone interested in trying hypnotherapy for a minor change.

 

This fee includes our Soul Journeys and Inner Healings, or for someone who has undergone a treatment plan and desires occasional reinforcement of the tools that they have learned.

Depending on the issue, a single session is $125.00 to $275.00 After that, each single session is between $50.00 to $125.00

Fees may vary according to needs, programs and packages. 

Packages

Session packages provide significant discounts over the cost of single appointments and are affordable options for a course of treatment.  Package pricing is by issue. 

A 3-session package may be suitable for a simple single presenting issue.

A 5-session package provides time for a more thorough treatment and transformation process. Issues can be more complex than they initially seem, can lead to other unresolved earlier problems, or simply be difficult to pre-determine the treatment length beforehand.

 

For these reasons, five session packages represent the greatest value and present the most flexible treatment option. 

Packages are also suitable as part of an ongoing treatment for multiple related or separate presenting issues.

Complimentary, out-of-session, phone support is part of the package.

Full Payment is due at the first session for packages unless payment arrangements have been discussed and approved. Refunds made on any non-attended sessions are at the discounted fee of the un-attended sessions.  A 50.00 dollar broken contract fee is also assessed 

No refunds will be given for unused gift certificate sessions. All gift certificate sessions are non-transferable and will expire after six months from date of purchase, unless special arrangement is made in advance.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED 

Cash (preferred and appreciated), check, Debit Card, e-transfer and  major credit cards, including Visa & Mastercard and New Beginnings Gift Certificates are accepted for payment. I am also able to process certain Health Cards.  NOT INSURANCE CARDS.

Because this can not be determined until the card is swiped, please bring a secondary form of payment, just in case your  Health Card can not be used.

Insurance Coverage

Some services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. BUT YOU MUST SELF SUBMIT -- I am not able to submit for you. 

 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

For example, although many insurances have advised that although Hypnotherapy services are not listed under regular health benefits (under Psychology visits, etc), they could be covered under a plan’s Health Spending Account. 

Cancellation Policy

My time is my income and my hours are by appointment. Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session.  If you do not show up for your scheduled  appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may not be able to reschedule or any following appointments will be PRE-PAY appointments.

Guarantee & Refund Policy

I sincerely want you to succeed and pledge to help you to the best of my ability. However, no guarantees as to the effectiveness of hypnotherapy for your particular problem are made or implied, as it is impossible to guarantee human behaviour or compliance. Each individual's experience is unique to them. Therefore, no refunds for services are given. Hypnotherapy is not a quick fix or magic pill. A hypnotherapist is considered a guide or facilitator. You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment and allowing yourself to be guided into a state of hypnosis.

Scheduling

Due tothe volume of people contacting me for services and my personal practice of giving each client their needed individual attention, appointment availability is limited.

 

So, if you are wanting to begin your Transformational Journey, it is advised that you call for your initial Discovery Consultation/Session as soon as possible , to avoid waiting for an appointment. You may request to be put on a "please call" list to have your appointment moved up if there are cancellations.
